The Tool Box is a place where you hold all your tools.  What did you think this was a list of things in the tool box?  Okay, it will have a little of that too.

The Tool Box for me is OneNote.  I use OneNote to store my list of favorite blogs & bloggers, list of all my Monday Blog Tips, Calendar to keep on schedule, resources, daily notes, useful sites for pictures, and many other things I will write about one day.

The Tool Box for you should be one place or container to keep all things for your blog.  Remember to keep you contacts, passwords, and even your expenses.

Tool Boxes can be big, small, plastic, steel, electronic, or low tech. 

One thing that I must also suggest is a backup.  A few years ago, when my parents were alive, I would go to their house with a hard drive.  I kept a hard drive there in the gun safe.  The safe was fire, water, and theft proof. This was my excuse to visit my parents weekly, for me or for them. I would go and swap my hard drive for the one in the safe. This way I was only a week away from total loss of information. 

Yes, the Tool Box.  It’s one of the most important organizational tips I can give.
