Monday Blog Tips: Mind Maps

Mind Maps are a graphical representation of your thoughts and ideas. Mind Maps are also called Spider Webs by some K-12 educators (just trivia).

These maps are great ways to get your thoughts out and on paper.

Use color pens or pencils, solid lines, dashed lines, and symbols to denote your ideas for you if you’re using paper.

Some of use like the programs.  There is free software such as FreeMind, MindNode, and XMind.  I personally have been using Mind Mapping Software for many years and I prefer Mindjet MindManger (expensive) but I did Project Management for many years as a consultant and then for a college.  It handles the big jobs.
