A theme is the look and feel of the blog. A theme is a structure, overlay, and foundation for your blog. Picking a Theme is for some the most difficult part of blogging, for other it is easy.

Keep it Simple, clean, and easy.  There are free and paid blog themes.  You can start with a free theme or pay for a theme usually under $100.
